The aim of our website is to showcase our work and give you ideas of the types of gifts we can create for you.
At this stage, we do not keep stock of finished products. Everything is made to order.
With all of our products, there is an option to include a personal message. (it is either laser engraved on the inside, bottom or back of the product - or on a separate tag).
So depending on what you like and the complexity or design time required, to create something for you, we are likely to require at least a couple of business days to complete your order and send it to you.
As mentioned above, the process is really simple.
- Browse our site for ideas.
- When you find something (or even if you already have an idea) get in touch and let us know how we can help you by using the contact for of drop us a PM on social media. It would be helpful if you can share your mobile number. That way we could contact you on Whatsapp, Telegram or Signal.
- As soon as we receive your message, we will get in touch.
- If it's not completely clear to us what you want, we will get in touch to ask you questions to clarify.
- If it is something we need to design and make for you, we will first send you a concept before producing it.
- If you're happy with the concept, we will start the production process.
- If you're not completely happy, we will amend the design accordingly, and send you an amended concept again before starting the production.
- When your product is finished, we will send you an email or Whatsapp/Telegram/Signal notification that your order is finished and when it will be shipped. (most the the first business day after it's completed)
- As soon as your order is on it's way, we will provide you with a track and trace code so you can follow your order.
- We LOVE hearing from our clients, so as soon as you or the person you're gifting it to, has received your order, we would be delighted to hear from you what you think. Or even a short video of when you unpack it, would be marvelous!
