Because our products are custom-made and personalised gifts, we do not accept returns or refunds.

But if there is a problem with your order, please contact us (within 7 days of receiving your order) and we will find a solution for you.

Cancelling Your Order

We try to make your order as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can only do so if we have not yet started making it. Usually within 24 hours.

If you indicate that your order is urgent and we are able to squeeze it in between our other orders for you, cancellation will not be possible anymore. But don’t worry. We will tell you when we start with it immediately.
