The name boards are made from 3mm white MDF and comes with or without a LED light
We create them in two different sizes:
Standard: 15cm x 30cm x 4cm
Large: 25cm x 55xm x 4cm
Because our clients all have different preferences regarding the color they like, we don’t paint them, but leave them white.
If however, you would like to paint the name board different colours, we can send them to you in a flat pack (meaning that we don’t glue the parts together)
That way you can first paint them and then glue them together.

SHIPPING
Sassy Favorites offers two types of products. They are:
a) laser cut and engraved products (e.g. cutting boards, name boards, coasters, wine glasses etc)
b) products with printed designs (e.g. T-shirts, towels, water bottles etc)
The shipping works differently on these products. The reason for that is that while both these types of products are made to order; they are made in different locations.
LASER CUT PRODUCTS
The laser cut and engraved products are made by us personally in the Netherlands in our workshop. These products generally have shorter lead times (unless you have a large order) and depending on the product, can generally ship within a week.
If you have queries about how long a specific laser cut product will take to make, please get in touch with us and we'll give you an indication.
Depending on how large the product is and where it needs to be shipped to, the shipping cost will vary. Within the Netherlands we have a fixed rate for regular orders. That is orders up to 15kg.
For orders from outside of the Netherlands, please get in touch with us and we'll find you the cheapest shipping rates.
PRINTED PRODUCTS
For the printed products (such as the T-shirts, towels, bottles and mugs) we are using a partner organization and delivery times are determined by them.
Our partner organisation has depots in various places across the globe to keep shipping cost and times as low as possible.
When you place an order, the shipping times and cost will be displayed at check-out, based on where you order from and how large your order is.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note that because Sassy Favorites is a boutique giftshop for customised gifts, our products are made to order. We can therefor not offer any returns or refunds because our products cannot be resold to someone else, once they have been custom made.
