In my previous post I shared our bamboo kitchen utensil range with you.

All our kitchen utensils and cutting boards are sanded and washed before engraving. Then wiped down with a soft clean cloth  before applying a non-toxic food friendly oil to protect the wood, so that you can actually use it, not just look at it.
